The boxing sessions run on Tuesdays 6pm til 7pm and 7pm til 8pm.
Everyone is made welcome regardless of race, gender or disability.

The gym is really proud to have been offered Club School links with a number of Educational providers.
One local Community College has been working alongside our gym for the past 2 years, and we are in the process of assissting the College to open their own Boxing gym within the School, after delivering the Educational Boxing Award coaching sessions to students and teachers alike.
This term our aim with the College is to qualify a number of teachers and students to become Boxing Tutors, so they can assist in the running of their gym, and to also help those students involved to be proud of their achievements.
WELL DONE to all of you who passed their Awards last term !!
New Parks Leisure centre kindly donated their old gym equipment to New Parks Community Boxing Gym.
The equipment has now been installed and is being used.
Founders and Members of the gym were most grateful for the gym equipment, and were delighted to give it a new home.
Situations like these clearly show how organisations work together for the benefit of the community.
The gym would like to express their sincere thanks to Chris Kilby, Leisure centre manager for donating the equipment, and also to his staff for assisting in the removal and loading.
